This house has an open concept floor plan-living with dining and kitchen overlooking Placid Lake.  It has a well equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances which include gas range, side by side full fridge with ice machine, coffee maker, and all the pots and pans and dishes needed for a comfortable stay.  The kitchen has granite countertops and a large island with seating for 5. Dining table has seating for 6-8.
The living room has a  large smart TV, comfortable sofas and a bar with refrigerator. With 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds, it comfortably accommodates your group. Immerse yourself in the gorgeous surroundings and unwind in the brilliant living spaces. The 3 1/2 bathrooms provide convenience with showers and a bathtub. Enjoy modern amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and a forced air furnace.

Also included are paper products, towels, all bedding and a Weber charcoal grill. The house has its’ own dock and includes a 14′ fishing boat ( Motors are $175/week or $50/day.) but guests may bring their own boats and keep them at the dock in front of the house. Kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards, canoes along with life jackets available for your day on the water are available at no extra charge. We also have an 18’ pontoon boat with 28 hp motor for rent.  There is a nice swimming area and camp fire pit with wood provided for use by our guests. No lodge/game room, bar, or restaurant, although there are many in the immediate vicinity.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, our place will help you experience everything Hayward has to offer. 10 miles from downtown Hayward for shopping and entertainment including the famous Tremblay’s sweet shop, Musky Hall of Fame, and the Lumberjack Village. Minutes from biking and hiking trails, the famous Birkebeiner ski trail and nearby snowmobile trails. Boat access to Burns, Tiger Cat, McClaine, Upper and Lower Twin Lakes

Cresthill Resort is across the bridge, and you have full access to beach, bonfire area, fish house, children swings and sandbox, swim raft and beach.
